What this product is used for

Red-base resin wheel for glass beveling
For bevel-edge glass, the resin-wheel stage is selected to refine the surface after the preceding grinding positions. The red-base resin wheel uses a diamond abrasive and resin bond construction with a vibration-damping plastic base, intended to provide stable cutting and mark refinement when it is correctly matched to the beveling machine.
The 15 × 12 mm working layer and standard countersunk mounting arrangement are designed for beveling-machine installation. A smooth, sealed transition between the wheel body and working layer supports stable high-speed operation; the final result still depends on mounting accuracy, coolant, glass type, pressure and the complete wheel sequence.
This wheel is commonly reviewed for beveled and mosaic glass. Select 3#, 4#, 5#, 6# or 7# grit according to the current machine position, stock removal and edge-quality target. Confirm the 12 or 22 mm bore and existing wheel layout before replacing a wheel.
